High Speed Brochure for Quadrax and Twinax Connectors

Sabritec has released a new High Speed Brochure featuring their latest in Quadrax, Twinax and Fiber Optic interconnects.This brochure features Sabritec’s newly revamped Quadrax contacts with reverse gender inner pins where the larger heat treated rigid socket contacts are protruding in reverse gender configuration. These contacts are designed to provide a more reliable & rugged interconnect and better blind mate capability with less chance of bent inner pins.

Other new products include Dura Speed Quadrax/Twinax, Micro-D Twinax (MDTX) as well as Quick Disconnect Micro Twinax connectors. Sabritec’s standard products for MIL-DTL-38999, ARINC 404/600, MIL-DTL-83527, Rugged D-Sub, Backplane and Panel Mount Connectors are also included. Fiber Optic products include Sabritec’s fully qualified ARINC 801 terminus, Size 16 Butt-Joint Contacts and MIL-DTL-38999 Connectors with Expanded Beam size 5 and 12 contacts.

Micro-D Twinax Connectors (MDTX) consist of dual twinax blindmate assemblies permitting the transmit and receive signaling of high speed Ethernet data rates in one connector which allows for modularity in PCB routing of high speed signaling. Dura Speed Quadrax/Twinax Connectorsfeature rugged low insertion force/high mating cycle precision contacts capable of withstanding a minimum of 6,000 mating cycles that fit into Sabritec’s MIL-DTL-38999, ARINC 600 and Rugged-Subminiature shells. Micro Twinax Quick Disconnect Connectorsreplace the standard NDL Triax connector series for higher speed balanced Twinax applications and are applicable for High-Speed applications with 100 or 150 Ohm differential impedance. These connectors are 25% smaller than a standard SMA coax connector with a 0.250” maximum diameter.
